Return Window
You may return eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition and packaging. The return period begins on the date you receive your order.
Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unused candles in original, unopened packaging
- Products that arrived damaged during shipping
- Products that were incorrectly shipped or do not match your order
- Defective products with manufacturing flaws
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles that have been burned, lit, or used in any way
- Custom or personalized candles made to your specific requirements
- Products marked as final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
- Ship the return to the address provided by our team using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your candles arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. We may require you to return the damaged or defective item for inspection.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional charge and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom and made-to-order candles are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are significantly different from what was agreed upon in your order. Please carefully review all custom order details, including colors, scents, and designs, before confirming your purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
